This chart shows some of the most common used square pin sizes and the pin carrier sizes. Our factory has our own copper wire drawing machine, we generate square copper wire at all sizes in house. We customize copper wire sizes according to your specification. Small batch orders are welcomed!

Straight Type (Left) - Straight pins with pyramidal tapers

Round Type (Right)- Straight pins with partial round shape and pyramidal tapers

Barb Type (Left)- Straight pins with pyramidal tapers and barb structure for tight-fitting to the housing
